Creative Designer

ob Summary:

We are seeking a talented and imaginative Creative Designer to develop engaging and innovative visual concepts across digital and print media. The ideal candidate will combine artistic vision with a strong understanding of branding, design trends, and marketing strategies to create impactful designs that communicate our brand message effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design creative visuals for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, print materials, and presentations.
• Develop brand identities, logos, and other visual assets in line with company guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to produce compelling creatives.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to projects.
• Ensure designs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with brand standards.
• Edit and enhance photos, graphics, and videos when required.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects) or similar tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, originality, and attention to detail.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design.
• Ability to create designs for both print and digital platforms.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,212.82 - ₹45,672.56 per month
