About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Designer who is passionate about storytelling through design and short-form video. You will create visually engaging and emotionally resonant content for Instagram Reels and TikTok, helping modern parents discover and connect with Yuppo in meaningful ways.

You’ll turn parenting insights into scroll-stopping content that blends visual design and motion — bringing Yuppo’s message to life.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and animate short-form content for TikTok and Instagram Reels (15–30 sec)
• Create visuals for static and carousel posts across social channels
• Collaborate with the marketing team to transform insights into compelling, high-performing creatives
• Develop brand-aligned creative concepts across campaigns (launches, challenges, testimonials, etc.)
• Own the motion graphics and visual storytelling aspects of our social presence

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in visual and motion design for digital or social media
• Strong portfolio showing motion graphics and social-first video work (Reels, TikTok, or Shorts)
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar tools
• Experience with visual tools like Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
• A great eye for design, rhythm, and composition — especially for mobile content
• Ability to work independently and iterate quickly in a startup-like environment
