Creative Designer

At Strugbits, we’re looking for a Creative Designer who can craft visually stunning, trendy, and brand-aligned designs while also having a working knowledge of editing. You’ll be the one bringing ideas to life through design-first storytelling — while supporting the content team with basic editing when needed.
What You’ll Do

• Create high-quality, trendy, and professional designs (carousels, ads, social posts, infographics).
• Collaborate with the team on visual ideation for campaigns, reels, and branded content.
• Support video editors with basic edits or graphics to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay on top of social design trends and apply them creatively.
• Deliver projects under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong skills in graphic design, composition, typography, and color theory.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva (motion graphics a plus).
• Basic editing ability with tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, After Effects.
• A strong creative mindset → able to pitch fresh ideas, not just execute.
• Portfolio that shows a mix of corporate sleek design + trendy social content.

Shift Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
