Creative Designer

Scope

As a Creative Designer at MAD Sense, you will lead the creative process for advertising campaigns, bringing innovative ideas to life through exceptional design. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop visually compelling and effective marketing solutions that align with our clients' brand strategies. Your expertise in design principles, coupled with your ability to manage multiple projects, will contribute to the success and growth of the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Concept Development: Generate creative concepts and visual solutions for advertising campaigns across various media channels, including digital, print, TV, and social media.

2. Design Execution: Create high-quality design assets, including but not limited to, advertisements, brochures, posters, web graphics, and social media content.

3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, art directors, and other team members to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to campaign development.

4. Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings to understand their needs and present creative concepts and design solutions effectively.

5. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and are delivered on time.

6. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive creative environment.

7. Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in design and advertising to ensure our creative output remains fresh and relevant.
