The Opportunity:

  • Join the Growth Team as our first Creative Designer
  • Define our visual identity and assist cross functional teams across

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and directly contribute the visual identity for AdalFi across a variety of digital and physical mediums
  • Help iterate design on our website, this includes but is not limited to iconography, visual elements, standard imagery and key branding elements
  • Create and execute organic campaigns on social media & email for B2B use cases
  • Directly partner with customers and help deliver collateral for launches and expansion opportunities
  • Enable Sales Teams and Executives with creation of assets to improve efficiency

Required Skills & Experience:

The Bare Minimums:

  • A stellar portfolio: you’re a designer, show us what you’ve got!
  • You’re punctual – we respect everyone’s time here. We expect you to do the same.
  • Exceptional communication – your role will be customer facing – this is a bare minimum.
  • Responsiveness – get back to customers and your team ASAP. Do NOT be a blocker.
  • Self-learning – we’re a hyper-growth startup & we will not handhold

Hard Skills: Figma, Canva, Adobe Suite

A+ Candidates will:

  • Not just be a Figma monkey – be hacky, if you can improve the content, take the lead on it.
  • Identify content and branding gaps – we’re not perfect, help us get there.
  • Have decent product sense and be aware of how their work ties into sales, customer, success, product & growth.

  • You take hyper-accountability: We don’t have time for excuses, we want root causes and want you to take accountability – good or bad.
  • You’re hardcore: Do not apply if you’re looking for work-life balance – there is none. We’re obsessed, driven and expect that from all new hires.
  • Your default response is “can do”: Even if you don’t know how to do something, go figure it out – if you can’t figure it out, ask for help or learn how to do it.
  • You view your job description as a loose set of guidelines: Wearing multiple hats is the norm not the exception.
  • You create work: Stagnation and being idle is the antithesis of startup culture. If you don’t have work – create it. Find new ways to work more efficiently or other crossfunctional problems to solve.
  • WYSAPSI: When you see a problem. Solve it. Do not let problems linger – we can’t afford it.
  • You take your work personally: If we’re not doing well, it should affect you. You should want more – always.
