Job Title: Creative Designer

Contract Duration: 5 Months

Location: Chennai

Experience: 1-3 Years (Preferred)

Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile and imaginative Creative Designer to join a high-impact

communications team focused on driving large-scale engagement. The ideal candidate

excels at blending creativity with storytelling to craft powerful visual narratives across

multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop compelling visual content for print, digital, and social media campaigns

2. Collaborate with content, strategy, and media teams to ensure brand coherence

across materials

3. Design creatives that simplify complex data and messages for mass outreach

Required Skills & Tools:

1. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma etc..

2. Experience designing high-volume, high-velocity campaigns under tight timelines

3. Ability to work with sensitivity on emotionally charged or socially resonant topics

4. Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and digital aesthetics

Strong command of Tamil (spoken & written) is a must

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
