We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Thinks in colors, layouts & concepts
• Can turn “bas idea hai” into visuals
• Knows how to make people stop scrolling
• Loves design more than Ctrl + Z

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing social media posts, ads & stories
• Creating branding, logos & visual identities
• Making website & landing page visuals
• Turning boring briefs into eye-catching designs
• Working with marketing & content teams
• Fixing designs without saying “yeh impossible hai”

Skills You Need:

• Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma (or similar tools)
• Strong sense of aesthetics, typography & colors
• Knows what works on Instagram, LinkedIn & Ads
• Can manage deadlines without panic mode
• Creative + detail-oriented = 100%

Bonus Points If You:

• Know basic motion graphics / reels
• Understand UI/UX
• Have played with AI design tools
• Can roast bad design politely
