Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Creative Designer to lead and execute high-quality digital and offline creatives across marketing, branding, admissions, and event initiatives. The role requires strong conceptual thinking, hands-on design expertise, print production knowledge, and the ability to mentor junior designers while working closely with marketing, academic, and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Strategy & Execution
- Lead the creative development for digital, offline, and print assets
- Convert marketing and academic briefs into impactful visuals aligned with brand guidelines
- Maintain brand consistency across all Bradford International Alliance brands and partner institutions
- Take ownership of creative quality, timelines, and final outputs
2. Digital & Performance Marketing Creatives
- Design creatives for:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
- Google Display & YouTube Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Website banners & landing pages
- Support campaign ideation with creative concepts aligned to lead-generation goals
3. Offline, Print & Event Creatives (Core Responsibility)
- Design and prepare print-ready creatives, including:
- Brochures, prospectus, booklets, flyers, leaflets
- Standees, roll-up banners, hoardings, posters
- Backdrops, event branding, education fair materials
- Certificates, ID cards, folders, academic documents
- Ensure accuracy in CMYK conversion, bleed, trim, margins, DPI, and color profiles
- Export vendor-ready files and coordinate with print vendors when required
- Handle urgent offline requirements for events, fairs, and campus branding
4. Branding & Communication
- Develop and maintain brand identity systems and guidelines
- Create marketing collateral for:
- Admissions & counseling teams
- Corporate training and study-abroad promotions
- Design presentations and pitch decks for internal and external stakeholders
5. Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Mentor and guide junior designers and creative team members
- Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
6. Asset Management & Process
- Maintain organized creative assets and source files
- Ensure proper version control and documentation
- Follow internal creative workflows and approval processes

- Bleed, trim, and safe margins
- 300 DPI print standards
- Pantone / spot colors
- Exporting print-ready PDFs (PDF/X standards)
- Experience coordinating with print vendors in UAE
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Creative / Graphic Designer
- Proven experience handling both digital and offline creatives
- Experience in education, corporate, or service-based industries preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, print, and digital work
