Job Title: Creative Designer

Salary: PKR 80,000 – 120,000 per month
Working Timings: 11:00 AM till 8:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a Creative Designer responsible for translating brand strategy and marketing objectives into high-quality visual communication. This role will support brand identity development, marketing campaigns, website design execution, and sales enablement materials. The ideal candidate is someone who combines creative thinking with strategic understanding and can independently execute design projects while maintaining brand consistency across all marketing channels.

What You’ll Be Creating:

• Social media creatives, marketing visuals, and complete brand assets
• Website layouts, landing pages, and digital campaign designs
• Sales and presentation materials that support business growth
• Performance ad creatives and campaign design concepts
• Visual storytelling that keeps brand identity consistent across platforms

What You’ll Work On:

• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life
• Support website and digital experience design alongside developers
• Contribute ideas during campaign and creative brainstorming
• Maintain organized design files and brand asset systems

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–4 years of professional design experience including marketing campaigns or performance ad creatives (agency experience is a plus)
• Strong portfolio showing branding, marketing, and digital design work
• Solid command of Adobe Creative Suite (Canva and Figma is a plus)
• Basic understanding of UI/UX and digital design best practices
• Someone who can take ownership, think creatively, and execute independently
• Understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys
