Creative Designer

Job Description: We’re looking for a Creative Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the creative direction of brands from concept to execution (A–Z) — shaping both the visual design language and the overall creative vision, including campaigns, storytelling, and shoot direction. You will work across branding, social media, packaging, PR, and campaign development, ensuring cohesive, impactful design and a strong creative identity across all brand touchpoints. This role requires someone who thinks beyond graphics — a designer who understands brand world-building, visual storytelling, and creative planning, and works collaboratively with the team to bring ideas to life.

Your Role:

• Lead creative direction for brands from concept to final execution (A–Z)
• Conceptualize and guide creative direction for campaigns and shoots (mood, styling, visual story, execution) in collaboration with the team
• Design across multiple formats: social media, branding, logos, packaging, and PR materials
• Maintain strong visual consistency across brands and campaigns
• Manage multiple design and creative projects across different brands
• Translate brand strategy into clear, effective visual and creative output
• Oversee execution of creative concepts from idea to final delivery
• Prepare production-ready and digital-ready design files
• Communicate clearly with clients when presenting or refining creative work

You’re a Fit If You:

• Have a strong eye for design, aesthetics, and visual storytelling
• Can lead both design direction and creative campaign direction
• Have strong proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Have previous studio or freelance experience
• Can manage multiple projects across different brand styles
• Are organized, detail-oriented, and efficient
• Communicate confidently and professionally with clients
• Understand branding beyond graphics — mood, tone, storytelling, and execution
