My Bag Buddies (MBB)

My Bag Buddies is a new, design-driven accessories brand currently in development. We are building a collectible, character-based brand for handbags with a strong visual identity and premium feel.

We are looking for a creative designer to join us at an early stage and help shape the foundation of the brand.

This position will begin part-time and transition into full-time upon launch.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for developing and refining our core character designs and supporting the overall creative direction of the brand. This role requires someone with a strong eye for detail, aesthetic consistency, and the ability to translate ideas into clear, production-ready visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Finalize and develop character designs (proportions, colors, expressions, accessories)
• Create new character concepts aligned with the brand vision
• Explore colorways and collectible variations
• Assist with packaging visuals and presentation concepts
• Develop brand-aligned social media and marketing visuals
• Maintain consistency across all creative outputs
• Collaborate closely with the founder to refine and elevate the brand aesthetic

Requirements

• Strong graphic design and illustration skills
• Experience with character design and visual development preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalent tools
• Ability to create clean, production-ready design files
• Strong understanding of branding and visual identity
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Based in Dubai

Position Details

• Transition to full-time upon brand launch
