Creative Designer

What You’ll Do

• Design custom signage concepts that elevate client brands
• Create visually compelling layouts for storefronts, monument signs, and large-scale graphics
• Develop proofs and mockups that clearly communicate design intent to clients
• Use Adobe Suite to bring ideas from concept to reality
• Collaborate with Sales and clients to refine creative direction
• Translate brand identity into unique, high-impact sign designs
• Balance creativity with real-world application (materials, scale, visibility)

What We’re Looking For

• Strong creative eye for layout, typography, and color
• Experience with Adobe Suite
• Experience with FlexiSIGN is a plus
• Ability to think beyond the screen and design for real-world environments
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Experience with sign design is a plus (but not required — we’ll train the right person)

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
