Creative Designer

We are looking for a highly skilled Graphic /Motion Designer proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and experienced in creating a wide range of marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, exceptional creativity, and the ability to bring our brand vision to life across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

Create visually compelling and on-brand marketing materials, including but not limited to mailers, ads, flyers, social media posts, signage, and handouts.

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that effectively communicate our messages.

Maintain brand guidelines for all brands, ensuring consistent and cohesive visual identity across all materials.

Standardize all marketing collateral to align with brand guidelines and maintain a high level of design quality.

Refresh marketing materials on an annual basis to keep the brand current and engaging.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design output.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, etc.).

Proven experience in creating various marketing materials such as mailers, ads, flyers, Reels, videos, social media posts, signage, and handouts.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions and a keen understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
