Role Overview
The role requires a combination of creativity, design knowledge, and video editing expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating impactful designs, editing engaging videos (including reels & shorts), and ensuring brand consistency across digital and print platforms.
- Design creatives for branding, marketing, and communication campaigns.
- Edit and produce engaging videos for digital and social media platforms.
- Reels & Shorts Specialist: Create short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) to drive engagement.
- Collaborate with Marketing, PR, and Digital teams to develop cohesive campaigns.
- Maintain and ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all visual and digital content.
- Develop innovative multimedia content including posters, brochures, presentations, and digital ads.
- Handle podcast production – recording, editing, and publishing.
- Manage editing and posting of content.
- Support event branding through creative designs (stage backdrops, invites, standees, etc.).
- Create motion graphics and animations for campaigns and presentations.
- Capture and edit photography & videography for institutional events and activities.
- Monitor trends in design, video, and social media to bring fresh ideas.
- Ensure all creative outputs are optimized for multiple formats (print, web, mobile, and social).
- Work closely with leadership to brainstorm and pitch new creative concepts.
- Assist in content scheduling, uploading, and publishing on digital platforms.
- Contribute to building a strong institutional brand identity through consistent storytelling.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, Media, Mass Communication, or related field.

2–6 years of experience in creative design and video editing (freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).

Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CorelDRAW, Figma, etc.).

Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).

Experience in creating reels, shorts, and other short-form content for social media.

Good command of English for basic content editing.

Knowledge of podcast editing and publishing tools/platforms.

Ability to work under deadlines while ensuring creativity and quality.
