Creative Designer (Ebook)

We are hiring a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our on-site night shift team. This role requires strong expertise in book-related design and visual storytelling.
The selected candidate will be responsible for designing professional book covers, interior book layouts, and visual storyboards. In addition to traditional design skills, the candidate should be familiar with AI tools for image generation and creative enhancement, and should be able to incorporate AI-assisted workflows into the design process when required.
This is a hands-on role that demands conceptual thinking, visual consistency, and the ability to transform ideas into compelling book and marketing visuals. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple creative assets while maintaining high design standards.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality book covers (digital and print-ready)
• Create interior book layouts and formatting designs
• Develop visual storyboards for marketing or publishing projects
• Produce creative assets aligned with brand and publishing standards
• Use AI tools for image generation and design enhancement when needed
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to execute creative concepts
• Ensure design consistency, quality, and attention to detail

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing book cover and layout design
• Experience creating storyboards and visual concepts
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiarity with AI tools for image generation and creative workflows
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work on-site during night shift (9 PM – 6 AM, Monday to Friday)
• Prior experience in the ebook industry is a strong plus

Timings: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift)
