Creative Designer – Events & Exhibitions

Key Responsibilities

  • Design creative artwork for exhibitions, conferences, corporate events, and trade shows
  • Develop event branding concepts, including stage backdrops, booth branding, entrance arches, standees, signage, and venue graphics
  • Create engaging digital creatives for social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertisements
  • Design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, invitations, presentations, and event catalogues
  • Prepare print-ready artwork files with proper dimensions and production specifications
  • Coordinate with the marketing, operations, and production teams to ensure smooth execution of designs
  • Work closely with vendors, printers, and fabrication teams for output accuracy and quality control
  • Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas aligned with event themes and brand identity
  • Maintain consistency in branding across all online and offline marketing materials
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, event aesthetics, and creative technologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in creative designing, preferably in events, exhibitions, media, or the advertising industry
  • Strong portfolio showcasing event branding and marketing creatives
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or 3D visualization will be an added advantage
  • Understanding of print production, large-format branding, and exhibition graphics
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
