Creative Designer / Marketing Leaflet & Reels Creator (2–3 Years Experience)
Job Description
We’re looking for a creative mind who can turn ideas into eye-catching visuals and high-impact digital content. If you’ve spent a couple of years designing marketing materials, crafting engaging social media creatives, and producing short-form video content—especially within the media or technology space—you’ll feel right at home. Candidates with prior experience in the media industry or digital content creation for tech/ISP brands will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality marketing leaflets, brochures, flyers, posters, and print-ready designs for campaigns.
Design digital creatives, banners, social media posts, ad creatives, and motion graphics.
Produce short-form videos such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional clips.
Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for branding, product promotions, and customer awareness campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all materials.
Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt designs based on feedback.
Stay updated with the latest design, video trends, and social media content styles.
Prepare and optimize visuals for website, email newsletters, and online ads.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools (CorelDraw, Figma, Canva, DaVinci Resolve).
Excellent understanding of social media aesthetics and platform-specific content (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
Experience creating Reels/Shorts, basic video editing, and motion graphics.
Good visual sense, typography skills, and ability to create high-impact layouts.
Familiarity with brand guidelines, color theory, and marketing communication principles.
Ability to storyboard concepts and convert ideas into finished creatives quickly.
Knowledge of digital marketing basics is a plus (ad creatives, engagement trends, analytic insights).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced campaign cycles.
Certifications
2–3 years of experience in graphic design, creative content production, or digital marketing.
Prior experience in the media industry, digital agency, or tech/ISP-based marketing environment.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Portfolio showcasing design work and video content is mandatory.
