We are looking for a designer who understands that a design is only as good as the results it produces. At Marked, we are hiring a Creative Designer specifically to fuel our paid performance marketing engine. You won’t just be making "pretty" graphics; you will be crafting high-converting ad creatives, static hooks, and landing pages that stop the scroll and drive action.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2–4 years as a creative designer, with a proven track record in digital advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok).
- The Toolkit: Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
- Performance Mindset: A refined understanding of design principles (hierarchy, typography, color theory) applied through the lens of direct-response marketing.
- Originality: We do not want Behance portfolios filled with templates. We want to see genuine, "outside-the-box" creative work that shows a command over your tools and a strategic mind.
Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
