Role Overview
We are looking for a multi-skilled Creative Designer who is equally strong in video editing and graphic design. This role is for someone who understands storytelling, branding, and platform behavior not just tools.
You will work closely with marketing, content, and performance teams to create creatives that are visually strong, brand consistent, and performance ready.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing
- Edit short form and long form videos for Instagram, YouTube, ads, websites, and presentations
- Create reels, ad creatives, testimonials, explainers, and brand videos
- Add motion graphics, text animations, transitions, and sound design where required
- Maintain consistency in color grading, pacing, and visual tone
- Manage multiple edits and meet deadlines without compromising quality
Graphic Design
- Design creatives for social media, ads, websites, presentations, and print
- Create static posts, carousels, banners, thumbnails, brochures, and brand collaterals
- Translate briefs, scripts, and ideas into strong visual concepts
- Maintain brand consistency across platforms and campaigns
- Handle revisions efficiently and professionally
Collaboration & Workflow
- Work closely with content writers, marketers, and performance teams
- Understand creative requirements for different funnel stages
- Follow brand guidelines while also contributing creative ideas
- Stay updated with design, video, and platform trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in video editing and graphic design
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Corel Draw
- Strong understanding of:
- Visual storytelling and pacing
- Typography, layout, color theory, and composition
- Social media and performance-marketing creatives
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Media, Visual Communication, Film, or a related field (preferred)
Good to Have
- Motion graphics and animation skills
- Experience working on performance ads
- Familiarity with AI-based creative tools and workflows
- Basic understanding of branding and printing creatives
