Creative Designer & Video Editor Role

Role Summary

We are seeking a talented Creative Designer & Video Editor to join our team. This role combines strong visual design skills with video and motion expertise to create engaging digital content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of design principles, a sharp creative eye, and a curiosity for new tools and technologies, including AI-powered workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design high-quality visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, and websites
• Create, edit, and animate engaging video and motion content for digital platforms
• Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all creative outputs
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to understand requirements, iterate on feedback, and deliver projects on time
• Use industry-standard tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Rive, and online tools like Canva
• Explore and implement AI-based tools to enhance creativity, efficiency, and production workflows
• Stay up to date with design, motion, and digital content trends

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar creative design and video editing role
• Strong proficiency in design, video editing, and motion tools
• Experience using or experimenting with AI tools in creative workflows is a plus
• Strong conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail with a passion for creativity and innovation
• Experience working with Arabic creatives or content is advantageous

What to expect

• Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 with Hybrid option.
• Base salary with additional incentives for contributions beyond regular responsibilities, subject to management approval.
