Role Overview
We are seeking a Creative Designer who can bridge visual storytelling, motion design, and product visualization to communicate complex scientific and technical concepts with clarity and impact.
In this role, you will work across formats — from videos and infographics to product mockups and user journeys — collaborating with scientists, product managers, and marketers to translate technical insights into engaging visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop motion graphics and visual assets that enhance brand storytelling and product understanding.
- Ensure visual and brand consistency across communication channels and design deliverables.
- Create and edit videos, animations, and product explainers that communicate scientific and technical ideas effectively.
- Design presentations, brochures, one-pagers, and infographics for internal and external use.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to adapt design approaches for varied audiences and content types.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2–4 years of professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, and visual design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Familiarity with Figma or Canva for layouts, visual prototyping, and collaboration.
- Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, motion principles, and narrative flow.
- Portfolio demonstrating creative versatility — across videos, static designs, and product-oriented visuals.
- Ability to learn quickly, experiment confidently, and manage multiple design projects independently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with video editing, typography-based animation, or interactive visuals.
- Interest in science, AI, or data storytelling.
