award-winning digital agency
in their search for a
Creative Director
who can set the tone, drive the vision, and elevate the standard of creative work across the business. This is a role for someone who lives and breathes digital culture, someone who can turn insights into bold concepts, guide teams with clarity, and bring ideas to life across social, video, and brand-led campaigns. You’ll lead a talented group of creatives and shape the output that defines how brands show up in the region.
Key Responsibilities

Own the creative direction across digital, social, and video-led projects, ensuring ideas are purposeful, relevant, and aligned with client objectives.

Develop fresh concepts that reflect platform trends, cultural moments, and innovative storytelling techniques.

Lead and support a multidisciplinary team, providing direction, feedback, and mentorship to help them grow and produce their best work.

Oversee the full lifecycle of creative projects, from early ideation through execution and final delivery.

Collaborate closely with strategy, account management, production, and digital teams to ensure integrated, seamless campaign delivery.

Represent the creative function in client presentations, reviews, and pitch discussions.

Contribute to new business efforts with strong creative thinking and polished narrative development.

Keep ahead of industry shifts, emerging formats, and new technologies to continuously push creative boundaries.
Requirements

6+ years of experience in creative roles, ideally within digital, content, or integrated agencies.

A strong portfolio demonstrating social-first campaigns, brand development, video work, and digital storytelling.

Experience leading and managing creative teams, with the ability to inspire, guide, and elevate talent.

Advanced understanding of brand strategy, audience behaviour, and platform-specific content trends.

Proficiency in key creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, motion/video tools, etc.).

Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and clients.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and resources.

Experience contributing to pitches and new business is a plus.

Regional experience across UAE, KSA, Egypt, or wider MENA markets.
