Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Creative Director to lead creative thinking and execution for a small, agile team. This role involves shaping brand narratives, driving creative quality, and guiding designers and copywriters across branding and digital projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead creative concepts for branding, campaigns, and digital projects

Work hands-on on key designs, pitches, and presentations

Guide and mentor a small creative team

Review creative output to ensure quality and consistency

Present ideas and manage client feedback

Required Skills

Strong expertise in branding, design, and visual storytelling

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

Good understanding of digital, social, and print formats

Strong communication and leadership skills
