Role Overview: We are seeking a Creative Director with extensive experience in luxury events to lead the creative vision and execution of our high-end projects. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of sophisticated events and the ability to conceptualize and execute unique, awe-inspiring experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative vision for luxury events, ensuring alignment with client expectations and brand standards.
• Develop innovative themes, concepts, and design elements for weddings, corporate events, and social occasions.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver seamless event experiences.
• Oversee the execution of décor, staging, lighting, AV, and overall event aesthetics.
• Mentor and guide the creative team, fostering innovation and excellence.
• Maintain and present an impressive portfolio to showcase previous high-end events.
• Stay updated on global trends in luxury event design and experiential marketing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Creative Director or Senior Event Designer in luxury event planning.
• Extensive portfolio of high-profile weddings and events.
• Strong visual and conceptual skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-end events simultaneously.
• Knowledge of luxury brands, décor trends, and Qatar market preferences is a plus.
