The Impact You’ll Drive

Lead 360° creative thinking and execution across flagship brands and campaigns

Translate briefs into insight-driven ideas that connect, convert, and endure

Guide and inspire a team of Art Directors, Copywriters, and Designers to raise the creative bar

Partner closely with Strategy, Media, Tech, and Production to build seamless, integrated work

Drive client confidence through strong presentations, storytelling, and collaboration

Champion the use of GenAI tools to accelerate ideation, design, scripting, and production

Spot creative and cultural trends early—and use them to fuel innovation
What You’ll Bring

9–11 years of experience in a creative leadership role (digital-first or integrated agency background preferred)

A portfolio that blends narrative excellence, digital innovation, and platform-native thinking

Proven experience building and managing teams, delivering across formats (film, social, content, digital experiences)

Deep fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects is a plus)

Familiarity with cutting-edge GenAI tools: Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, GPT-4o, Flux-1 Dev (Comfy UI), Veo 3, Synthesia, Suno, ElevenLabs, etc.
