About the Role
We're looking for a Creative Director to lead the visual identity of our ecommerce business across photography, graphic design, and web experience. You'll be the connective tissue between our brand partners and our internal creative team — ensuring every touchpoint is on-brand, commercially driven, and executed with precision. You'll work directly with brands for creative input and approvals, translating their vision into compelling digital product experiences.
This role is made for someone who lives and breathes pop culture. At CultureFly, our products exist at the intersection of fandom and everyday life. We want a creative leader who genuinely geeks out over the franchises, characters, and cultural moments we bring to life — because that passion shows up in the work. If you can spot a trend before it peaks and know what a fan community truly wants to see, you'll thrive here.
