We’re a fast-growing multi-location medical spa company with a mix of brands under one umbrella - our clinical med spa services, our skincare and cosmetic products brand, and our new clinical education program.
Our service business is well stablished and growing, and our product and education brands are primed to scale quickly alongside it. We’re at a stage where we need a strong marketing leader who can connect everything, sharpen the strategy, and take our creative direction to the next level, while taking full ownership of some exciting early-stage brands that are ready to scale.
For years, we’ve handled most of the marketing ourselves, but we know it’s time for someone who can take full ownership and build this into a truly world-class department.
This role isn’t about making posts, it’s about understanding the ROI, the intention, and the strategy behind every piece of content. We need someone who knows how to drive demand, fill schedules, increase product sales, build partnerships, and create measurable, provable success across every brand in the group.

What You’ll Be Responsible ForFull Ownership of Growth & KPIs
- Own the success of marketing across all brands - services, products, and education.
- Fill schedules, drive e-commerce sales, and improve conversions based on real data.
- Build campaigns with clear intent, track attribution, and prove measurable ROI.
- Understand seasonal demand and which services perform best at different times of year.
Creative Direction & Content Execution
- Lead creative direction across med spa services, skincare, education, and ecom (Shopify and TikTok Shop)
- Capture and edit clean, modern, and engaging content in and out of the clinics.
- Build storylines and recurring moments that create a loyal, engaged audience.
- Direct staff, providers, and creators with confidence and ease.
- Design polished visuals for social, email campaigns, and web.
E-Commerce & Shopify (Strategy, Not Development)
- Own Shopify performance from a marketing and CRO perspective.
- Optimize product pages, landing pages, collections, and merchandising.
- Guide developers clearly, no coding required.
- Monitor funnel performance and solve friction points with data-backed solutions.
Strategy, Data & Market Awareness
- Create marketing plans using historical service + retail data and seasonal patterns.
- Review analytics daily across every platform and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Conduct lightweight competitor and market analysis.
- Identify opportunities, trends, and strategic pivots before anyone asks.
Connecting Services + Products + Education
- Build a cohesive brand ecosystem that naturally ties all three arms together.
- Create educational content that builds trust and converts without feeling forced.
- Highlight the connection between treatments, products, and long-term care.
- Tell the true behind-the-scenes story of how each brand is growing.
Partnerships, Events & Community
- Build localized partnerships with businesses that complement our brand.
- Champion launch events, creator events, product releases, and in-clinic experiences.
- Manage creators across TikTok Shop, IG, and YouTube.
- Lead community-focused campaigns and experiential brand moments.
Social Media Ownership
- Own social strategy, content calendars, posting, engagement, and growth.
- Produce platform-native content (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, long-form).
- Maintain a clean, consistent brand voice across all channels.
High-Level Organization, Prioritization & Detail
- Manage multiple projects across multiple brands - calmly and confidently.
- Prioritize instinctively: you know what matters most, when, and why.
- Highly detail-oriented - nothing slips.
- Comfortable with software, dashboards, analytics tools, and reporting.
- Loves learning, improving systems, and staying ahead of new tools and trends.
