ROLE: Creative Director / Design Lead

We are seeking a talented and visionary Creative Director/Design Lead with expertise in graphic design and UX/UI design to drive our creative vision. This role is ideal for a creative thinker with strong leadership skills, a passion for innovation, and a deep understanding of how design impacts business outcomes. You will collaborate across departments to create engaging, user-centred digital experiences and visually stunning brand assets that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the creative direction for projects, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and innovative visual outcomes.

* Oversee the design process from concept to completion across web, mobile, print, and marketing materials.

* Design and deliver engaging UX/UI solutions, balancing aesthetic appeal with functionality and usability.

* Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to align design strategies with business goals.

* Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and generative AI tools to create and iterate on designs efficiently.

* Provide creative mentorship, inspiration, and feedback to junior designers and freelancers.

* Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure a

competitive edge.

* Contribute to the evolution of the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touch-points.

Qualifications:

* 8+ years of experience in graphic design, UX/UI design, or related fields, including leadership experience.

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD); familiarity with other design tools is a plus.

* Experience working with generative AI tools for creative ideation and design exploration.

* Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual storytelling, UX/UI design, and brand development.

* Solid understanding of design principles, user-centered design, typography, and color theory.

* Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

* Basic knowledge of animation and 3D modelling (an asset).
