Mission

Transform a "Personal Brand" into a "Top Tier Media". Lead the content factory by creative authority, produce unique, value aligned content, and build a dual brand strategy that reinforces David Laroche's personal brand and Paradox's company brand without cannibalization.

Responsibilities
  • Architect the "Dual Brand" strategy.
  • Build a symbiotic strategy for personal and company brands.
  • Propose radical new formats that shatter the boring codes of the Self Help industry.
  • Define distinct editorial lines for YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Take full responsibility for the production chain: writing hooks, storyboarding, and ensuring final cuts match the vision.
  • Recruit and onboard creative talent when required.
  • Lead the internal content team, set standards, and push for excellence.
  • Collaborate with Head of Growth to create acquisition focused assets.
  • Analyze performance metrics and iterate accordingly.
Qualifications
  • Proven content builder with 100k+ followers or millions of views.
  • Experience managing creative teams and elevating good video to masterpiece.
  • Elite scripting skills; demonstrate scripts that performed.
  • Performance fluency: content that drives business results, not vanity metrics.
Personality
  • Intolerant to mediocrity; obsessed with details.
  • Psychology obsessed; always asks why people click and share.
  • A "Doer" with authority; writes, directs, edits, and fixes.
  • No ego, focused on impact; pivots quickly when concepts flop.
Language

French: Native / Bilingual
English: Fluent; written communication in English.
