Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative direction across VFX, 3D animation, and motion graphics projects
• Develop concepts, visual styles, and storytelling approaches for clients and internal productions
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, animators, and VFX artists
• Collaborate with clients, producers, and technical teams to deliver high-quality outputs
• Oversee project pipelines from concept to final delivery
• Ensure brand consistency, quality control, and creative excellence
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies (Unreal Engine, AI tools, real-time rendering)

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in VFX, animation, or creative direction
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end visual storytelling and leadership
• Expertise in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk Maya, Blender, Houdini, Unreal Engine, or similar
• Proven experience leading creative teams and managing multiple projects
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to balance creativity with deadlines and client expectations

Nice to Have

• Experience in film production, advertising agencies, or gaming studios
• Knowledge of real-time pipelines and virtual production
• Background in branding or digital marketing visuals
