The Creative Director – Technology & Digital Innovation is a visionary, hands-on leader who combines creative storytelling with technical fluency to deliver future-ready experiences. You’ll own the creative vision for tech-enabled activations, digital platforms, and interactive environments—ensuring every concept aligns with business goals while leveraging emerging technologies like AR, VR, XR, AI, and responsive environments. This role partners across creative, strategy, production, and technology teams to deliver integrated, measurable solutions that elevate engagement and deepen brand connection.


What You’ll Do

  • Creative Leadership: Own the creative vision across copy, visuals, and interactive experiences; write and oversee briefs; mentor teams; foster a collaborative, accountable culture.
  • Innovation & Technology: Champion emerging technologies and integrate them thoughtfully into creative solutions; guide prototyping and concept validation to de-risk feasibility.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with strategy, production, account, and tech teams to translate client goals into experience strategies and content systems across physical and digital environments.
  • Client Engagement: Present concepts and technical implications in a client-ready way; develop pitch narratives and decks; contribute to new business pursuits.
  • Creative Excellence: Maintain high standards of design, storytelling, and interactivity; stay engaged through production and onsite execution to protect creative integrity.
  • Technical Partnership: Collaborate with engineers and technical directors to define requirements, interaction logic, and QA criteria; manage tradeoffs across scope, budget, and timeline.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record as a Creative Director or senior creative leader in experiential, digital-first, and tech-enabled environments.
  • Experience leading concept development, writing briefs, and presenting work to senior clients.
  • Hands-on experience managing interactive builds from concept through launch, including prototypes and QA.
  • Ability to deliver multiple concurrent projects within approved scope, budget, and schedule.
