Creative Director Video

About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Director to lead the creative vision, oversee execution across projects, and ensure delivery of impactful storytelling across mediums. The role requires a mix of leadership, strategy, and hands-on creative direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the creative direction for all projects.
• Lead brainstorming, ideation, and concept development with the creative team.
• Translate client needs into compelling, story-driven campaigns.
• Oversee video, design, and digital content production from concept to delivery.
• Ensure brand consistency and narrative integrity across platforms.
• Guide and mentor creative team members, fostering innovation and growth.
• Present ideas and concepts to clients with clarity and confidence.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Stay updated on industry trends in storytelling, media, and design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in a senior creative role within film, advertising, or digital media.
• Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling-led campaigns.
• Expertise in film direction, visual design, or branded storytelling.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of cultural nuances and audience psychology.
• Proficiency in creative software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, etc.) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
