K.BITXXH LLC™ is a full-service independent music company based in Orlando, FL — built to close the gap between raw talent and industry success. Founded by a Black woman entrepreneur, we provide music production, artist management, AI-powered distribution, sync licensing, and artist business development to independent artists from underrepresented communities. We are growing fast and building a team that matches our vision.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Creative Director & Videographer who can do it all visually. This is not a one-trick role — we need someone who can shoot and edit music videos, create cover art and graphics, manage social media content, and bring an artist's visual identity to life from concept to final delivery. If you love music, understand branding, and can move fast without sacrificing quality — this is your role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Shoot, direct, and edit music videos for artists on our roster
• Create cover art, promotional graphics, and visual content for releases
• Develop and execute social media content strategies for K.BITXXH LLC™ and our artists
• Build and maintain consistent visual brand identities for each artist

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Video: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve (Software provided)
• Design: Strong graphic design skills — Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva Pro (Software Provided)
• Equipment: Owns or has access to a camera setup capable of professional video production (Equipment Provided)
• Eye: Strong aesthetic sense — you understand what looks good in the music industry
• Speed: Can deliver quality work on tight deadlines without needing your hand held
• Bonus: Experience with animation, motion graphics, or After Effects is a major plus
• Vibe: You understand Black culture, independent music, and the world our artists live in

• Collaborate with the audio team to align visuals with the sound and feel of each project
• Produce lyric videos, short-form content for TikTok/Reels/YouTube Shorts
• Art direct photo shoots for artist branding and press materials
• Deliver final assets optimized for each platform — streaming, social, print
