We’re Hiring: Creative Director (Design Storytelling)

Hyderabad | Architecture-focused studio

The Social Arch is a design storytelling studio working exclusively with architects, interior designers, and design-led developers. We don’t do traditional marketing. We document design — from intent to construction to completion — and help studios grow their practice through social media visibility.

We’re looking for a Creative Director who understands architecture deeply and can lead how design stories are told across platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Shape the overall storytelling direction for architecture projects

• Translate design intent, drawings, site realities, and details into compelling narratives

• Guide a team of design storytellers, editors, and visual artists

• Review and elevate reels, carousels, videos, and long-form content

• Build content frameworks for studio stories, project journeys, and detail explorations

• Maintain design integrity while scaling content output

• Work closely with the founder on vision, quality, and creative standards

Who You Are

• Background in architecture, design, or design communication

• Strong storytelling and narrative thinking skills

• Deep respect for design process, detailing, and construction

• Comfortable working with social media as a serious business tool

• Can balance creative direction with real-world execution

• Calm, structured, and quality-driven (not trend-chasing)

Prior experience in architecture studios, publications, content studios, or design-led agencies is a big plus.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
