Duties and Responsibilities:
Branding & Content Creation

Support branding and visual communication efforts across internal and external platforms in alignment with CodeMax’s brand identity.

Design basic graphics, layouts, and creatives using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, and AI platforms for: Social media, Internal communication, Presentations, Product decks, Office branding, and more.

Translate abstract or technical topics (e.g., AI tools, compliance policies) into visually engaging content.

Create short-form and long-form videos for: Product explainers, Internal communications, Events, Social media, and more.

Use AI video generation tools to produce dynamic content; edit videos and apply basic motion graphics where necessary.
Media & Events

Capture photos/videos of events and team activities for storytelling and digital use.

Plan and execute internal and external events, including: Concept planning, Branding, Invites, decor coordination, greetings, Media coverage & promotions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Tech, Leadership) to gather briefs and deliver aligned creative outputs.

Ensure smooth execution and creative coverage (design and media) of all CodeMax events, from cultural activities to corporate functions.

Willingness to work beyond standard office hours during major events or time-sensitive campaigns.
Must-Have:

6 months to 1 year of experience in design, event coordination, or a similar creative role.

Proficiency in Canva and basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.

Basic video editing skills (simple edits, cuts, captions, transitions).

Photography or videography interest with the ability to capture usable event footage.

Strong sense of branding, creativity, and visual consistency.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to multitask, take initiative, and manage deadlines.

Willingness to learn, adapt, and improve continuously.
Bonus Skills (Preferred):

Exposure to AI-powered design and video tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Synthesia) is a plus. If not, a strong interest and willingness to explore such tools.

Basic UI/UX design knowledge.

Experience in scripting, copywriting, or campaign content.

Familiarity with print specs and working with vendors.

Prior exposure to corporate or cultural event planning.
