Events Management & Interior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and innovative Events Management & Interior Graphic Designer with strong expertise in concept creation, 3D visualization, and stage decoration. The ideal candidate will play a key role in transforming ideas into immersive event experiences for exhibitions, corporate lunches, large-scale weddings, gala dinners, and exhibition stands.

This position requires a designer who can create impactful visual concepts, detailed layouts, and realistic 3D renders that help clients and production teams visualize the final event setup before execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and develop creative event themes and visual concepts for exhibitions, corporate events, weddings, gala dinners, and exhibition stands
• Create high-quality 3D renders, mock-ups, and visual presentations for client proposals and internal production planning
• Design event-related graphics including invitations, signage, stage backdrops, banners, branding materials, environmental graphics, and decorative elements
• Develop mood boards, layouts, and immersive visual presentations to support event execution
• Collaborate closely with event planners, production teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure designs align with project objectives and brand standards
• Adapt designs for print, digital, and large-format event installations
• Coordinate with fabrication and production teams regarding materials, dimensions, and installation requirements
• Stay updated with the latest trends in event styling, experiential marketing, stage design, and visualization technology

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in event graphic design, 3D rendering, stage decoration, and event visualization
• Strong portfolio showcasing exhibitions, weddings, corporate events, stage setups, or exhibition stand designs
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D software such as SketchUp, Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of spatial design, lighting concepts, materials, and immersive event environments
• Excellent creativity, communication, and project coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work within tight deadlines
• Knowledge of print production, large-format branding, and event fabrication processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in motion graphics, animation, or interactive event displays
• Knowledge of stage lighting, audiovisual coordination, and scenic production
• Background in experiential events, hospitality events, or luxury weddings is an advantage

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in events or exhibition design
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Multimedia Arts, Event Design, or related field
• Ability to work flexible hours based on event schedules and project timelines
