What We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Creative Experience Designer to join our growing team. This hybrid role blends graphic design, UX/UI design, web design, email marketing, branding, and digital campaign strategy into one multidisciplinary position.
The ideal candidate is both visually creative and highly organized, capable of designing engaging brand experiences across digital and print platforms while maintaining a strong understanding of user experience, marketing performance, and brand consistency.
This role works closely with company leadership, marketing, and development teams to conceptualize campaigns, build user-focused digital experiences, and create visually compelling assets that support company growth and audience engagement.
Responsibilities
- Design digital and print marketing materials, including advertisements, signage, presentations, event collateral, merchandise, and branded assets
- Create and maintain visually engaging landing pages, website mockups, and web assets
- Develop UX wireframes, user flows, and responsive web experiences
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns within Klaviyo
- Collaborate on campaign strategy, audience engagement, and conversion optimization initiatives
- Conduct A/B testing and iterative design improvements to improve user experience and campaign performance
- Maintain and evolve brand consistency across multiple platforms and audiences
- Produce motion graphics and multimedia assets for marketing campaigns and digital experiences
- Organize and maintain creative files, templates, and digital asset systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, developers, marketers, and stakeholders on creative initiatives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, UX/UI design, digital marketing design, or related creative roles
- Strong portfolio showcasing both visual design and UX/UI work
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, color theory, and user-centered design principles
- Experience designing for both digital and print mediums
- Ability to balance creativity with functionality and business goals
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
Required Skills:
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Figma
- Klaviyo or similar B2C CMS Platform
- Ability to utilize AI to optimize workflow

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
