Graphic Designer – Event Venue Branding Production

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented *Graphic Designer – Event Venue Branding Production* to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will specialize in designing and preparing production-ready artwork for *events, exhibitions, and venues , ensuring flawless execution across all branding touchpoints. This role requires strong technical knowledge of **measurements, sizes, materials, and fixation methods* to deliver impactful branding installations that elevate the event experience

*Key Responsibilities*

* Design and produce branding materials for *event venues*, including:

* Stage backdrops, booths, and exhibition stands

* Indoor & outdoor banners, roll-ups, and flags

* Wall, floor, and entrance branding

* Directional signage and environmental graphics

* Prepare accurate, production-ready files with correct *sizes, scaling, bleed, and specifications* for large-format printing.

* Ensure designs are adapted to the exact *venue measurements and fixation requirements*.

* Collaborate with event production teams and vendors to verify technical specifications.

* Provide mockups, visualizations, and installation guides for onsite branding.

* Conduct quality checks on printed materials and oversee proper installation.

* Maintain brand consistency across all event branding assets.

*Qualifications & Skills*

* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience.

* 2–5+ years of experience in *event branding or large-format production design*.

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

* Strong understanding of *event venue measurements, scaling, and fixation methods*.

* Knowledge of print production processes, materials, and finishing techniques.

* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple event projects.

* Strong collaboration skills with vendors, installers, and event managers.
