Creative Graphic Designer

Location: Oman

Type: Full-Time | On-Site

We are seeking an Experienced Creative Graphic Designer to lead visual direction, elevate brand identity, and drive high-impact digital content using both advanced design expertise and AI-powered creative tools.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, leadership mindset, and deep understanding of branding, digital media, and modern content production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative execution across branding, digital campaigns, and social media platforms
• Develop and evolve complete brand identities (logos, color systems, typography, visual guidelines)
• Produce high-quality static and motion content for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, design production, and creative experimentation
• Define and maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and management teams to translate business goals into creative solutions
• Mentor junior designers and review creative output for quality and consistency
• Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Stay up to date with design trends, AI tools, platform formats, and emerging technologies

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, including brand and digital design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, social media, and campaign work
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
• Proven experience using AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT, or similar) in real production workflows
• Advanced video editing and motion design skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar)
• Deep understanding of social media design formats, performance-driven visuals, and content trends
• Strong visual storytelling and conceptual thinking abilities
• High attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Oman
