Job description

As a Graphic Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling content to promote our properties, agents and company. You will utilise your skills in graphic design and video production (motion graphic & animated videos) to enhance our brand's visual identity and engage our audience across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

⁠ ⁠Design high-quality brochures, flyers, postcards, and other print materials to showcase properties and promote company events.

⁠ ⁠Create engaging graphics for the company website, social media platforms, and email newsletters.

⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain the company’s visual identity, including logos, business cards, and signage.

⁠ ⁠Design informative and visually appealing infographics to highlight key property features and market trends.

Requirements:

⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

⁠ ⁠Previous experience in the real estate industry.

⁠ ⁠Creative portfolio showcasing graphic design and video production (motion graphic & animated videos) production skills.

⁠ ⁠Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design and video production, preferably in the real estate or related industry.

⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

⁠ ⁠Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

⁠ ⁠knowledge of G-suit.
