Creative Graphic Designer & Digital Storyteller

AAA Digital is looking for a Digital Storyteller who thinks in visuals. We need a creative Graphic Designer who understands that design isn't just about making things look pretty—it’s about stopping the scroll. You will own the visual identity of the brand across social media, turning briefs into engaging content while ensuring the brand remains visible and up-to-date online.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Content Creation & Design

• Creative Execution: Turn marketing briefs into high-quality visual assets for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn (Posts, Stories, and Reels).
• Video Editing: Create engaging short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) that captures attention within the first 3 seconds.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all graphics, typography, and colors align perfectly with the brand voice and identity.

Social Media & Web Maintenance

• Content Scheduling: Plan and post content across feeds to maintain an active and engaging online presence.
• Website Updates: Manage basic website hygiene, including updating banners, product images, and simple text changes to keep the site fresh.
• Brand Visibility: Manage the Google Business Profile (Maps, Reviews, Updates) to ensure customers can easily find and contact the brand.

Required Qualifications

• Visual Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing social media graphics, branding work, and video editing skills (Required).
• Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and/or Canva for rapid execution.
• Social Media Fluency: Deep understanding of current design trends, aspect ratios, and what works on Instagram/Reels.
• Language: Fluent in English (Written and Spoken) to collaborate effectively with the team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic familiarity with website backends (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) for uploading banners.
• Experience with photography or videography is a plus.
