Job Title: Creative Designer

Job Description:
We’re looking for a passionate and imaginative Creative Designer to lead the visual storytelling of our brand across platforms. If you have a flair for branding, logo design, marketing creatives, and content creation, this is your chance to shape how audiences experience and connect with our brand.

You’ll work closely with the marketing and content teams to create compelling, on-brand visual assets — ranging from brand identity systems and digital ads to social media content and campaign visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Branding & Identity

• Conceptualize and develop brand identities from scratch, including logos, typography, color palettes, and brand guidelines.
• Ensure consistency in visual language across all design touchpoints.

Ad Creatives & Marketing Design

• Design engaging static and animated ad creatives for digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
• Work with the marketing team to create campaign visuals, email graphics, and performance marketing creatives.

Social Media & Content Design

• Create eye-catching visuals for social media posts, reels, stories, banners, and more.
• Collaborate on content calendars and ensure brand-aligned execution of designs.

Conceptual & Creative Thinking

• Contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions and interpret creative briefs with clarity.
• Stay up to date with design trends and bring innovation into visual storytelling.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in a graphic or creative design role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, logo work, ad creatives, and campaign visuals.
• Mastery of tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (After Effects is a plus).
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, and color theory.
• Ability to work on multiple projects with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or other design platforms.
• Experience designing for eCommerce or D2C brands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
