Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Reel Editor who can translate ideas into visually engaging designs and short-form video content. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, be comfortable with modern design tools, and understand how visuals perform on digital and social media platforms.

This role requires a balance of creativity, speed, and consistency, with the ability to adapt designs for branding, marketing, and social media needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality creatives for social media, marketing campaigns, ads, and branding
• Create and edit engaging Instagram Reels and short-form videos
• Develop static and motion creatives aligned with brand guidelines
• Use AI tools and design platforms to improve speed and creativity
• Edit visuals and videos for clarity, impact, and platform-specific requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand design briefs and deliver on time
• Maintain consistency in visual style across all content
• Stay updated with design trends, reel formats, and social media aesthetics

Required Skills & Tools

• Strong proficiency in:
• Canva
• CapCut
• Adobe Photoshop
• AI-based design tools
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Experience in reel editing, transitions, effects, and basic motion graphics
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines

Language Requirements

• Kannada – Mandatory
• Marathi – Preferred
• English & Hindi – Working knowledge (acceptable)
