Role Overview

We are hiring a Creative Graphic Designer with strong expertise in PowerPoint / presentation design.

This role is not just about making slides look attractive. You will be responsible for converting complex, messy or technical information into clear, structured visual communication.

You will work on:

• corporate presentations
• pitch decks
• website visuals
• brand communication material
• LinkedIn & communication creatives

Key Responsibilities
Presentation & Communication Design (Primary Responsibility)

• Design professional PowerPoint / Google Slides presentations
• Convert rough content into structured slides
• Simplify complex information into visual layouts
• Create diagrams, visual frameworks and structured layouts
• Design pitch decks, investor decks and business presentations
• Maintain consistency across slides (layout, hierarchy, typography)

Graphic & Creative Design

• Social media communication creatives (LinkedIn-focused)
• Website banners & web graphics
• Brochures, PDFs and corporate collateral
• Brand templates and visual systems
• Case studies & visual documents

Collaboration

• Work with content writers and client service team
• Interpret briefs and clarify missing information
• Suggest visual approaches (not just execute instructions)
• Revise designs based on feedback and practical constraints

Required Skills

• Strong PowerPoint design skills (important)
• Layout composition and typography understanding
• Ability to structure information visually
• Understanding of visual hierarchy and readability
• Good communication skills (must understand briefs clearly)

Software Skills (Expected)

• PowerPoint (mandatory)
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Figma (preferred)

(After Effects / motion graphics is optional but a plus)

Preferred Background

You are suitable if you have worked on:

• agency creative team
• B2B communication material
• pitch decks or investor presentations
• corporate presentations
• consulting/technology company communication design

This role is not suitable for candidates whose experience is only:

• wedding album editing
• photo retouching
• basic social media poster creation
• Canva-only workflow

What We Look For in Portfolio

Please include a portfolio link showing:

• at least 3 presentation decks OR structured slide samples
• layouts demonstrating information clarity
• before/after or complex slide structuring (if available)

Portfolios with only Instagram posters or event creatives are unlikely to be shortlisted.

Growth Path

This role can grow into:
Communication Designer → Senior Designer → Visual Communication Lead

You will gradually be involved in:

• communication structure
• deck strategy
• information architecture
• visual frameworks for large client projects

Compensation

Salary based on experience, portfolio quality and ability to independently handle presentation projects.
