We are seeking a Creative Head (Social Media) who will lead the creative vision, direct our team of designers, copywriters, and editors, and ensure exceptional execution of client campaigns. This is a leadership position requiring strong creative instincts, people management skills, and client-facing communication.

1. Creative Strategy & Vision

  • Develop and implement innovative social media strategies for multiple clients.
  • Convert client briefs into engaging creative campaigns that align with brand goals.
  • Monitor digital trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to keep campaigns relevant.
  • Maintain a balance of creativity + performance, ensuring campaigns look great and deliver results.

2. Team Leadership & SMM Supervision

  • Lead a team of designers, video editors, copywriters, and social media managers (SMMs).
  • Assign tasks, monitor deadlines, and ensure execution quality across teams.
  • Review SMM content calendars, captions, and campaign planning to ensure brand alignment.
  • Step in as a mini SMM manager when required—overseeing account health, engagement strategies, and campaign consistency.
  • Mentor junior SMMs, help them improve communication with clients, and guide them on campaign execution.
  • Conduct weekly team review sessions to analyze what’s working and what needs improvement.

3. Quality Check & Approval Authority

  • Review all creative content (posts, reels, ad creatives, captions, campaigns) before submission.
  • Ensure zero errors on client-facing materials.
  • Maintain tone, branding, and aesthetics across all client accounts.
  • Implement SOPs for error-free work and track accountability within the team.

4. Creative Copywriting & Campaign Content

  • Write or refine captions, ad copy, and campaign hooks.
  • Develop storytelling formats for campaigns, reels, and ad creatives.
  • Ensure copy and visuals work hand-in-hand for maximum impact.
  • Suggest campaign hashtags, trends, and hooks that improve engagement and virality.

5. Client Communication & Strategy

  • Be the face of creative discussions with clients.
  • Present creative strategies, explain campaign choices, and get approvals.
  • Handle escalations regarding content quality or delays.
  • Build long-term trust with clients by consistently delivering quality and proactively

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media strategy and creative direction.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, branding, and content execution.
  • Proven team leadership experience—must have managed designers/editors/copywriters.
  • Excellent creative writing and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Strong presentation skills—ability to pitch and defend creative ideas confidently.
  • Ability to thrive under deadlines, multitask, and manage high-pressure situations.

Performance Expectations (KPIs)

  • Timely Delivery: 100% of creative tasks delivered as per deadlines.
  • Quality Output: Minimum errors and revisions required from client side.
  • Innovation & Creativity: At least 1 fresh, trend-based campaign idea suggested per client each month.
  • Team Growth: Junior team members show consistent improvement under guidance.
  • Client Satisfaction: Positive feedback and smooth communication from clients.
