1. Brand Leadership & Visual Identity
Define and maintain the visual language of DCB across all platforms (Web, Social Media, Campus, and Print).
Ensure every piece of content—from a WhatsApp flyer to a Billboard—reflects a premium "B-School" look and feel.
2. Content Strategy & Production
Lead the production of high-quality video content (Ads, Faculty Interviews, Student Testimonials, and Campus Life).
Direct the graphic design team to produce high-converting L1, L2, and L3 marketing assets.
Oversee the "Storytelling" aspect of our marketing to ensure we aren't just selling, but building a community.
3. Digital Marketing Collaboration
Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to create high-performing "Hook" videos and Ad Creatives for Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
Analyze creative performance data and iterate designs to improve Click-Through Rates (CTR).
4. Team Management (Hygiene)
Manage a team of Graphic Designers, Video Editors, and Content Writers.
Maintain the "Creative Hygiene Sheet": Ensuring all daily tasks are met and assets are delivered on time for the sales team.
