Creative Head (Marketing)

We are looking for a dynamic Creative Head to lead our marketing department’s creative team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing diverse creative teams including video editors, DOPs, scriptwriters, graphic designers, and influencer marketers. This role demands a strong sense of innovation, storytelling, and deep understanding of brand communication, especially in the education and D2C sectors. Prior experience in a creative ad agency and knowledge of UGC-style ads will be a strong advantage. The candidate must not only ideate but also ensure smooth execution and on-time launch of all creative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research products, understand USPs, and identify the target audience to shape effective creative strategies.

2. Ideate campaign directions and ensure alignment with brand tone and goals.

3. Collaborate with scriptwriters to develop impactful scripts and storylines.

4. Provide clear direction to the creative team (video editors, DOPs, designers, influencers) to execute content.

5. Innovate and experiment with new content formats, especially for digital and social media platforms.

6. Ensure campaigns maximize engagement and deliver measurable marketing impact.

7. Oversee end-to-end content production, ensuring timely and high-quality output.

8. Stay updated with trends in UGC ads, influencer marketing, and digital storytelling

Requirements:

1. 4-7 years of experience leading creative teams, preferably in education, D2C, or creative ad agencies.

2. Strong understanding of UGC ads, social media, and content marketing trends.

3. Exceptional leadership, communication, and storytelling skills.

4. Ability to convert insights into high-performing ad campaigns.

5. Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative and impactful content execution

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
