Job Overview

The Creative Head will be responsible for leading the creative strategy, guiding the design and content teams, and ensuring a consistent and compelling brand identity across all marketing and communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the creative team (designers, content creators, and multimedia staff)
• Develop and execute creative strategies aligned with brand goals
• Oversee branding, advertising campaigns, and visual storytelling
• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all platforms
• Conceptualize innovative ideas for digital, print, and social media campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and product teams
• Review and approve all creative content before publication
• Stay updated with global creative trends and implement fresh ideas
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of creative outputs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Media, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in a creative leadership role
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaigns, and creative direction
• Excellent leadership, communication, and storytelling skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and modern design tools
• Ability to manage teams and work under tight deadlines
• Strong understanding of digital media trends and branding strategies
