Creative Kitchen and Bath Designer

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Kitchen Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design and a strong understanding of kitchen layouts, renovations, and high-end sales. This role involves collaborating with clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen spaces that meet their needs and preferences. The Kitchen Designer will utilize 20-20 Design Software to produce layouts, engage in sales activities, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the design process.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for kitchen designs.
• Create detailed kitchen layouts using 20-20 Design Software, ensuring optimal functionality and aesthetics.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide expert advice on materials, finishes, and appliances.
• Engage in both inside and outside sales activities, including upselling products that complement the kitchen design.
• Manage client accounts effectively, maintaining strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on current trends in kitchen design, lighting, and renovation techniques.
• Assist with merchandising products in the showroom to enhance customer experience.
• Provide maintenance support for installed products as needed.

Experience

• Proven experience in kitchen design or a related field such as interior design or remodeling is preferred.
• Familiarity with construction processes and renovation projects is advantageous.
• Strong sales experience in high-end retail or lighting sales is a plus.
• Proficiency in 20-20 Design Software is essential; knowledge of SketchUp is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
