Creative Lead

We’re looking for a fearless, art-driven creative mind — someone who thinks differently, sees differently, and can translate strategy into powerful brand experiences. Not looking for “years of experience.” We’re looking for creative maturity, bold thinking, and strong aesthetic judgment.

This role blends art direction + hands-on execution for XDuce and our group companies.

What You Will Own

Art Direction

• Shape the visual language across brands, campaigns, presentations, events, social media, and strategic initiatives.
• Elevate our visual identity with strong storytelling and a refined design sense.
• Bring agency-level creativity with the ability to challenge, rethink, and redefine.

Hands-on Design Execution

• Create high-quality design assets: decks, brochures, digital collateral, ads, landing pages, social graphics, product visuals, and more.
• Interpret business + marketing goals into design that feels modern, intentional, and cohesive.
• Work closely with the US and India teams to keep consistency, speed, and quality.

Campaign + Brand Execution

• Concept + execute social media creative, thematic campaigns, and web layouts.

• Maintain the visual DNA across all touchpoints.

• Support the upcoming CMO roadmap with on-brand, high-quality creative output.

Who You Need to Be

• Someone who prefers ideas + impact over titles + years-of-exp.

• Strong art background (agency experience is a big plus).

• A visual storyteller with bold taste, fast execution and a strong point of view.

• Comfortable working in an environment that expects originality, clarity and creative leadership.

• Ability to manage feedback loops with US-based leadership (EST overlap).
